Sparkling Ginger Apple Cider Recipe

We served this apple cider beverage this past weekend at my newborn son's welcoming party. Avoiding the off-the-shelf apple ciders, I created my own with fresh apple juice and a few special additions for unexpected flavour.

Serve warm or cold, spiked or not, this Sparkling Ginger Apple Cider recipe is straight from the Feast & Festivites kitchen and a guest favourite.

I use Simply Apple 100% pure-pressed apple juice found in the refrigerated juice section of the grocery store. It's the freshest you can get, aside from juicing your own.
