WHAT IS YOUR PROCESS?
After getting to know the basics of your gathering, such as time and date, number of guests, budget and any specifics you have in mind, I like to put together an inspiring mood board for how your gathering could look. I take your style and entertaining spaces into consideration, along with an inventory of your dinnerware and serveware. Sometimes I visit your home to do this, have a video chat, or you may supply photos.
I'll pull together and source all the tabletop details, including the dinnerware, serveware, flatware, glassware, place cards, linen and centrepieces, as well as provide menu, timeline and etiquette advice. Depending on your budget, we may also look at entertainment, curating invitation stationery and other household decor.
Finally, I'll come on the day of the party with plenty of time to set up, take photos, and slip out before guests arrive.
IS THIS SERVICE FOR DINNER PARTIES ONLY?
Not at all! I love a great brunch, lunch, cocktail party, or any activity, event, or theme that brings people together.
WILL GUESTS KNOW YOU WERE HERE?
Only if you want them to.
HOW MUCH IS YOUR DINNER PARTY STYLING SERVICE?
A typical dinner party for 6-8 people is around $350 and includes design, styling, and professional support from myself. Food, decor, and rentals are extra, but I can most likely work with the budget you have in mind.
DO YOU RENT ITEMS?
Yes! I have a growing collection of beautiful dinnerware, serveware, linen and decor that is available for rent.
WILL YOU USE MY DINNERWARE/SERVEWARE/ETC.?
Yes! I mean, if you want to. I love to provide a fresh perspective on how you can use your existing pieces in new ways.
